Easter was two weeks ago?

I am running a little behind with my blog posts! I know... We had a really great Easter, and then a few days later,Phil and I left to go to Boston for a few days. It left little time for blogging since I was preparing for our trip. The kiddos stayed with Gigi and Papa and they haven't stopped talking about it. I think they had fun! And some how they found out that Oliver (the cat that belongs to my parents' neighbors) loves ice cream. I don't know what happened there.

First up...Easter:

..
Our Spring Break fell right before Easter, so we made Easter Eggs one of our projects that week. The kids had fun. Rush's eggs always turn out better than Fran's because he is so patient and will let the eggs sit in the dye for a long time, while Fran just wants to move on to the next color.

On Saturday before Easter, we headed to the city's Egg Hunt. It was the first time we had ever tried it before, and the twins had fun. Kate, Gigi, Aunt Ivy, and Uncle Tony joined our family. There were a lot of people, and it was very chaotic. It was over very quickly, and I am not sure we will participate again. We had lunch together after that at Chipotle, and everyone was happy to be there!

We went to Gigi's house to hunt eggs on Easter and to have lunch with everyone. It was lots of fun!

Fran was too busy hunting eggs to pause for a smile. Can you guess which picture I asked to her pause in?

Easter is a great time for family picture sessions!

That post had so many pictures that I am now too tired of blogging to do the Boston trip right now. The pictures are mainly of buildings and graves of famous Patriots, though. So probably not super interesting to anyone but me since I was by myself when I took most of them. Phil worked and I toured. We did have some time to explore the city together, though. So more on Boston later!
